Rosina Kling
In 1993, Rosina Kling founded PCi Tec with a bold vision to build a company rooted in honesty and integrity. From humble beginnings selling printer toner, she has propelled PCi Tec into a leading HUBZone and WOSB IT VAR, delivering innovative, tailored IT solutions to Federal, State, Local, and Education markets. As President and CEO, Rosina leverages her deep business expertise and commitment to customer service to guide PCi Tec’s operations, driving bold strategies and sparking transformative growth. Her forward-thinking leadership has built a dynamic team of top-tier professionals, strategically selected to amplify the company’s mission and impact. Her formula for success is simple: Hire good people, grow at a steady pace, and constantly exceed customer expectations. John Bruton
John Bruton
With over 30 years of experience in the public sector IT value-added reseller (VAR) industry, including 18 years with PCi Tec, John Bruton brings a proven record of leadership and growth. An Army veteran, he works closely with Rosina Kling, President & CEO, to shape strategy, align goals, and drive company-wide success. In his role as Vice President of Sales, John leads the company’s growth strategy—overseeing strategic customer engagement, building strong OEM partnerships, and driving go-to-market initiatives across the U.S. public sector. He also directs the expansion of PCi Tec’s managed services practice, ensuring the company evolves with customer needs and market demands.
John credits PCi Tec’s 30+ years of success to the dedication of its employees, whose commitment to providing exceptional customer service and industry expertise drives year-over-year growth. “Our success is a testament to every member of the team,” he says. Under his leadership, the company continues to achieve high customer satisfaction, contract expansion, and long-term partnerships across federal, SLED, healthcare, and public safety markets.
Carolynn Green
Carolynn Green
Carolynn Green is the Controller of Panamerica Computers, Inc. (dba PCi Tec) and has been a key member of the team for more than a decade. With over 20 years of GAAP accounting experience and 10 years specializing in government contracting, she brings deep expertise to the company’s financial operations.
Carolynn ensures compliance with DCAA standards and keeps all company certifications current. She leads the administrative office and oversees accuracy across all accounting functions, including corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance.
She works closely with auditors to ensure smooth, efficient audits and partners with executive leadership to support strategic decisions and drive company growth.
Michael Anderson
Michael Anderson
Michael Anderson leads PCi Tec’s Configuration, Integration & Deployment (CID) Facility, where his team of technicians is recognized for delivering secure, scalable, and mission-ready IT solutions. With certifications that include, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Michael combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong background in cybersecurity and industrial security training.
Under his leadership, PCi Tec’s CID team consistently earns customer praise for precision, reliability, and on-time delivery. By blending technical skill with disciplined processes, Michael ensures every system leaving the facility meets the highest standards—powering customer success from deployment day one. His focus is simple: make sure every solution we deliver enables our customers to achieve their mission objectives.
Michael Shaffer
Michael Shaffer
Michael Shaffer is Contracts Manager at PCi Tec, where he ensures that all federal and SLED contracts support the company’s long-term growth. With more than a decade of experience in federal contracts, compliance, and procurement, he has managed major vehicles including NASA SEWP V, GSA MAS, and CIO-CS. His expertise spans FAR/DFARS compliance, socio-economic programs such as HUBZone and WOSB, and navigating the GSA OneGov transition.
Mike has led successful negotiations, driven on-time proposal submissions, and developed audit-ready compliance frameworks that have resulted in multi-million-dollar contract awards. Known for his detail-oriented and risk-management approach, he plays a key role in bridging leadership, OEM partners, and federal customers to enable sales growth while ensuring compliance.
