Located in Luray, VA, our secure, climate-controlled facility is engineered to configure, integrate, and deploy IT assets with precision and reliability.
Established in 2010 in direct response to customer demand, the CID Facility was developed to address a critical need: enabling organizations to securely stage, prepare, and deliver technology at scale without draining internal resources or disrupting daily operations.
In addition to integration and deployment, we provide equipment staging and on-demand fulfillment. Client assets can be securely stored, configured to specification, and shipped exactly when needed—ensuring rapid response to evolving business requirements and minimizing downtime for end users.

Our CID Facility features multiple imaging stations and a team of highly skilled technicians who configure desktops, laptops, and other client hardware to exact specifications.
